Ive just done my first workout which I applied the radical hypertrophy principles, Ive not yet started my ANACONDA Protocol but i was just wondering what a successful session should feel like?
The reason I ask is because i feel really good I real fresh, my legs feel worked but good. Not sore at all like you get when you just grind reps…is this right?
The Session I did was a Lower body push- Session took 40 mins, tho I will be adding starting weights on all next session…how does it look?
A1, Jump Squat - Dynamic Preactivation
A2, Front Squat - Force Spectrum Ramping
B, Bulg Split squat - Max force sets
C, Leg Press - Ratchet Loading
