how often do you test max and re adjust TM?
I never do. I just use bar speed to judge how it’s going.
There’s really no need to retest in my opinion. Just add 5 lbs for upper and 10 lbs for lower. If that gets to be too much lower the weights you go up. In the book it also says if you plateau, just adjust your tm down and restart that way
Should be fairly clear following a cycle.
Just keep adding 5/10 pounds and breaking PRs.
I try to beat my previous amrap and thats pretty much the extent of it. im stronger everytime and was conservative with my beginning TM I credit a lot to that
