I picked up a little tip in the book, "Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar, and Survival"
The author stated that 50 - 100mg of zinc, taken twice per day along with caffeine will increase test levels.
I can honestly say this is one of the most effective methods i've ever tried.
My suggestion: Get a cheap bottle of zinc from walmart (they do have a decent product) and some ZMA. Take the zinc with your morning coffee and maybe your pre-workout caff and/or spike.
Then, ZMA at night. ZMA is an excellent supplement that is super cheap and really, everyone should be using.
