How many mg of Zinc would be beneficial, per day?
I should clarify: for the anti-estrogen/testosterone benefits?
I think Poliquin mentioned no more than 30 grams a day. I got the 50 gram pills from the local pharmacy and just split them in half. If you go for the ZMA in the Biotest store you shouldn’t have to worry about how much. That’s next up on my purchase list.

I picked up a little tip in the book, “Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar, and Survival”
The author stated that 50 - 100mg of zinc, taken twice per day along with caffeine will increase test levels.
I can honestly say this is one of the most effective methods i’ve ever tried.
My suggestion: Get a cheap bottle of zinc from walmart (they do have a decent product) and some ZMA. Take the zinc with your morning coffee and maybe your pre-workout caff and/or spike.
Then, ZMA at night. ZMA is an excellent supplement that is super cheap and really, everyone should be using.
