How Much Whey?

I was wondering how much whey protein i should be taking exactly?? I weight 210. I began taking 1 scoop with 4 ounces of milk in the morning, one before work out, and one after work out. is that okay??? I also take one scoop of creatine after work out with 6 ounces of water.is this the right way to take creatine also or not??

I am taking Six Star Muscle Fule, creatine and whey protein.

Well the simple answer is it all depends…

How much protein are you getting from the rest of your diet. What are your goals? Generally when cutting you want a 1gram of protein/1lb of body weight…but when building you want 1.5-2grams/.

So like I said…it all depends on what yoru goals are and what your diet is.

Yup diet dependent its essentially targeted quality food. Some days like today im busy as hell and have a ton of whey its fast and easy some days less. fill your needs

I’m going to echo Phill, when I’m busy I end up using more whey then when I’m not.

On an ideal day I use some form of powdered protein 2-3 times a day.

Post workout, midday shake, and pre-bed shake.
