How Much Whey/Casein is Recommended?

The owner of the gym I go to told me that whenever I consume protein I should consume 55% whey and 45% casein for best results. He said that there are studies showing that this ratio is optimal for muscle building.

I was wondering your thoughts on this ratio? And also, is this the ratio in Metabolic Drive?

I think your gym owner doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

There are some instances where a casein/whey blend is desirable, but it’s silly to think that the exact percentage of each is crucial.
