How Much Weight Should I be Looking to Gain?

Im trying to bulk right now and i was wondering how much weight I should be trying to gain each week/month without going overboard?
I am a pretty short guy (5’5) at about 150lbs and im 16 if thats important
I currently eat, give or take, 3000 calories a day probably 90% clean should I be going for more?
