I am bulking at the moment, but just wondering how much weight per week would be acceptable?? I was thinking in the area of 1kg per week, so 4kg per month??
Depends on a lot of things, and it’s hard to put a ‘max’ but that’s probably near the most you would want to. Go for that, and if you think you’re putting on too much fat, try for less.
A kg/wk might be a bit much, but it depends on how much you’ve trained before and your experience.
