How Much Volume Is Too Much?

how much volume is too much volume? this question is in regard to creating a routine for hypertrophy…i pretty much stick to 5x5 on most of my lifts…but how many lifts per muscle group/body part should i do?

here are examples of how i work out 3 body parts

chest:
flat bench
incline dumbell press
decline flies

triceps:
single arm extensions
dips
skull crushers

upperback/shoulders:
lateral raises
bent over rows
military press
wide grip lat pullups

any suggestions, ideas, comments???

No one can really tell you if its perfect, crap or ok for you but you. On paper it looks ok. Do it. see the results and change if needed by what turns up.
