how much volume is too much volume? this question is in regard to creating a routine for hypertrophy…i pretty much stick to 5x5 on most of my lifts…but how many lifts per muscle group/body part should i do?
here are examples of how i work out 3 body parts
chest:
flat bench
incline dumbell press
decline flies
triceps:
single arm extensions
dips
skull crushers
upperback/shoulders:
lateral raises
bent over rows
military press
wide grip lat pullups
any suggestions, ideas, comments???
