How Much Variety for Type 2A?


How often should a type 2A change training? Should this be a drastic change or a little tweaking enough? Whatever your answer may be - does it still hold true if the 2a is still maling progress on the current training system?

Is the variety needed because of personality reasons (bored easily etc) or actual physiological reaaons (i.e - adapting to a training style faster than other types?)
