I've just started becoming more serious about lifting and more importantly, nutrition. I just bought a couple bottles of Udos for myself and my boyfriend. I'm not sure how much to be taking - the guy at the store said 2-3 tablespoons?
I'm 105 lbs, trying to gain weight. My boyfriend is 140 lbs, also trying to gain. (Yes, yes, we Asians are tiny Would taking a little more Udos benefit his eczema too?
