does anybody know how much tribulus one should take?
Depends on what brand you bought. Also I would go by the bottle’s suggested dosing, as there is no point to mega dosing trib… unless maybe you spaced it every few hours throughout the day. Even then, pretty pointless. Do you know how trib works?
It depends on the potency of the Tribulus you plan to use.
Some brands are fairly worthless, while others can be quite potent.
