How Much to Eat Before/After Workout?

I workout everyday at 10:00 in the morning, How much should I eat before I work out and after I work out. I usually try to eat about 500 calories and a protein shake before hand at around 8:15 then 1000 and a protein shake after.

Impossible to answer without knowing more.

It’s like asking how much gas I should put into my car before driving to work.

What is your goal? Body weight? Body fat percentage? Daily diet? Workout?

oi. eat enough to fuel your workout without feeling sick, bloated or nauseous during said workout. Eat enough after your workout to support recovery and growth. cheers.
