How much time do you spend on food?

Oh I forgot to add what my current diet is like:
Breakfast: Oatmeal (1 cup), scrambled eggs (3), small protein shake, water
Lunch: Leftovers, usually pasta w/vegetables and meat
Snack: Cottage cheese (1 container)
Pre-workout: Surge
Post-workout: Surge
Meal 1 after workout: Pasta w/ vegetables and protein shake
Meal 2 after workout: Chicken breast or steak with salad and sweet potato or something similar
