I start cycle of testosterone 500mg week and turinabol 60mg day. I know that during a steroid cycle we can make a bigger surplus. How much surplus do you think I should do?
That’s a question with no context. What are your measurements, age, diet and training like leading up to the cycle.
Basic bulk is +500. If you can grow on more without getting too fat then eat more. If not then that should be good enough. That number is the starting point because it works well for most. You may need adjustment here or there.
One rule of thumb from the old days. At least 1 gram of complete protein for every pound of your body weight. And 1.5 gms/lb body weight for the safe side.
