How Much Strength Work?

max strength is starting to become more of an interest to me. currently my routine is like this day 1 conditioning and a 10min. isometrics session. day 2 max strength workout and core workout.

day 3 conditioning and 10min. isometrics session. day 4 explosive strength workout(isometrics and plyometrics utilizing the static-dynamic protocal) day 5 rest then repeat the 5 day cycle again. is this enough strength work. im worrying that my max strength workouts may not have enough frequency.

Depends what are you trying to do??

You could try the old school approach and just do a few singles in the 80-90% range every day. Not enough to tire you out, gets you used to handling big weights.
