How Much Strength Did You Gain On Your First Cycle?

So how much strength did you guys gain on your first cycle?
So we’re looking at bench, squat and deadlift…

Also if I was to do a first cycle of Test e/c will it be possible to gain 30kg on my bench?

Totally depends on the amount of food. You eat. Certain drugs do.help increase aggression, and certainly protect it while in a deficit. But when it comes to lifting heavy. Food is king.

Yes, 30kg on bench is possible, I gained 15-20 kg on it without really training it with a 3 months 350 mg cycle
