what if you are female 140-150 pounds and only want to maintain–how much protein is the least you should eat per day ?
a good ball park year round no matter the goals for a active individual is 1g per lb.
If 1g per lb is too much for you and all you want to do is maintain go for 1g per lb of LBM. So if you are 20% BF, that would only be 120g of protein (150lbs * 80%).
If you want to just keep your body weight the same one pound of protein per pound is ridiculously high. Maybe one pound per kg of body weight. It really depends on how active you’re going to be.
