How Much Protein Mr Roberts?

I have read in the past and followed your guidlines to anabolic dieting (1g protein perlb LBM and 8Xlbm for caloric intake with the rest from fat & carbs alternating P+C & P+F meals)with great success. Why do you not reccomend more protein? is it because you beleive it will simply slow fat loss (more calories?) I ask becaus CY’s “steroid Diet” involves only 1 P+C meal and more protein (1.5g daily.)

I think the extra protein converts to carbs thus stopping the fat loss.
