Just read this article:
I have noticed that eating 100-130 grams of protein seems to be optimal for me. That’s what I get in on most days. Weeks I’ve tried eating like 175+ I’ve never noticed anything different when hitting the gym. But days that I have like ~250c/80f/120p I feel and perform the best.
Has anyone noticed anything different taking less protein overall than the commonly recommended 1g per BW?
