How Much Metabolic Drive Per Month?

Alright you Metabolic Drive-touting cheerleaders, how many tubs would you say you go through in a given month?

I’m guessing 4 will be the average, since most people sound like they drink at least two shakes a day.

I’m about to place an order myself…

Theres 31 servings in a tub at 110 cals per serving. So as many tubs as you drink really. I believe most people on the V-Diet drink around 8-9 tubs in a month with a little left over.

I would guess if you are using over 4 tubs in a month you need a new diet, one with real food in it.

How so?

One shake in the morning, with frozen berries, a multi v, and a greens supp.

Breakfast

Meal / Snack

Meal 3

Meal 4 / Snack

Meal 5

Night-time shake: choc Metabolic Drive with half a can of pumpkin, one tbsp peanut butter, one tbsp pure cocoa powder

That’s 4-5 meals and two shakes a day. Plenty of real food. Do you think 4 tubs a month is too much protein powder?

I use 2 scoops of low carb Metabolic Drive per serve/shake. Assuming 2 serves of 2 scoops per day, thats approximately 8 day supply per tub. Therefore, 4 tubs is indeed a months supply. This is of course due to high frequency eating, and not having time to cook 6-7 meals in a day. And it tasting good - when you’re low carbing it, something that tastes GOOD and sweet is welcome.

EDIT: 2 scoops per serve, not 2 scoops per scoop. Lol.

Yeah, most people on here probably take two servings at once (1 serv = 20g prot), so the ‘servings per container’ info goes right out the window -lol

No, it’s fine.

3 tubs a month

1 scoop for oats in the AM
2 scoops before bed

I have 1 scoop of Low-Carb Metabolic Drive before bed, so 1 tub lasts me about a month.

Currently, I am supplementing with one Metabolic Drive Complete shake per day, but only Monday-Thursday. Just another easy meal to eat at work. So I’m at just over one tub a month.

4 tubs of straight protein powder per month seems like an awful lot to me.

Same here, and I mix mine with 1 scoop of Grow! Whey.

Not trying to hijack, but I use Grow! for Whey during the day and Low-Carb Metabolic Drive at night. I like Grow! for fast-digesting protein during the day, and being in college, I don’t have a lot of $$$$$ to go around. Would this be ok?

Yeah that’s me. I could use a little color but it’s snowing here.

If I use 1 tub of Grow! Whey, I’d get one less two less tubs of Metabolic Drive, but the total cost would only be $30 less.

I’m wondering if it’s a good idea in general to mix one scoop of Grow! Whey with one scoop of Metabolic Drive, for the fast digesting protein to hit you then your digestive tract to buffer the rest (casein).

Is Metabolic Drive a poorer choice than Grow! Whey for a morning shake, since you’re just coming off a fast? I know it’s splitting hairs but I’m sure some have their opinions. I think I’d rather just get Metabolic Drive.

Oh yeah, and I’ve been sick for a while and atrophied a ton. Can’t tolerate much solid food, hence the scheduled discipline of at least two shakes a day.

Go with straight Metabolic Drive if you can afford it.

Metabolic Drive has whey in it aswell its not 100% casein. As such theres no real need to put Grow! Whey in unless you’re just trying to stretch it out.

I second ACTrain. About once a month. The rest of my protein comes from regular foods.
I love the way it tastes.
