If I use 1 tub of Grow! Whey, I’d get one less two less tubs of Metabolic Drive, but the total cost would only be $30 less.
I’m wondering if it’s a good idea in general to mix one scoop of Grow! Whey with one scoop of Metabolic Drive, for the fast digesting protein to hit you then your digestive tract to buffer the rest (casein).
Is Metabolic Drive a poorer choice than Grow! Whey for a morning shake, since you’re just coming off a fast? I know it’s splitting hairs but I’m sure some have their opinions. I think I’d rather just get Metabolic Drive.
Oh yeah, and I’ve been sick for a while and atrophied a ton. Can’t tolerate much solid food, hence the scheduled discipline of at least two shakes a day.
