If you make scrambled eggs out of those, does that mean you’re beating your meat?
Anyone have any favorite NON SOY plant proteins they crush? Beyond meat crumbles?
1.5 lbs. grilled skirt steak (carne asada), 4 lbs. chicken breast/thighs, 1 lbs. ground beef, 1 dozen eggs, 2 lbs. ribeye or 2 lbs. fish if I can find it fresh (halibut is my choice).
Edit: this is from groceries. I’m not counting eating at restaurants ~once a week.
