How Much Is too Much?

i know your not a fan of general bodybuilding training and principles but also know you have great knowledge on the subject. I’m wondering generally how much is too much work wise? I’ve been training for about 3 and a half years and now have started adding a sixth day of work in, body parts i want to improve? on top of this I’m wondering whether work frequency should decrease during cutting periods

I train 6-7 days a week. It’s totally doable as long as volume is well regulated in each session. When training 6-7 days a week I do not like to train longer than 45 minutes per session.
