Cardio question here…
I have been doing for at least 6 months 30 min of HIIT in the mornings. 1 min at 6mph 30 seconds at 10mph.
Not to mention doing at the minimum 30 min of afternoon cardio after weightlifting.
My goal is overall strength gains. I have made some progress but not enough. 5 Day split (5/3/1) with a hybrid arms abs day.
How much is this hindering my progress.
