How Much Initial Glycogen Loss?

hey guys, I have recently started my cutting program, eating about 2400 calories and at least 300 grams of protein a day with minimal carbs (approx 100 grams a day mostly surrounding the workout)

I do weight training 3 days a week and cardio another 3 days, every workout is usually about an hour and 15 minutes long.

Here is my question: In two weeks I lost 6 lbs and I know 2 lbs a week of fat loss is optimal without losing too much muscle (if diet and training are in check)so I guess what I want to know is how much of this initial weight loss can I expect to be glycogen and how much is fat?

EDIT: the 100 grams of carbs Im counting are from grains and sugar and whatnot, Im not counting the carbs I get from the one fruit and the bunch of vegetables I eat.

I do realize this is probably a dumb question which is why I posted it in the Beginner forum. I cant find any info about it on the site. Any comments would be appreciated.
