as the question above asks, what can you straps down free squat, compared to straps up
Maybe 40 or 50 lbs- but who knows. I don’t get a ton out of straps. I get alomst everything from the support on my hips. I feel like tight straps bind me up too much and give little in return, so I wear mine pretty loose. But I like for my suit bottoms/briefs to be so tight that my hips bruise and my legs swell up. (The only time I look liek I have calves is when I’m wearing gear.)
