Using glutamine post workout. How much should one use? and how many times a day should one take it? I was reading Bartl’s PC and saw that CT has him taking 20g’s after workout. and 20gs pre-bed.
I always use 20g post workout during times of calorie deficit. I read this is “Muscle Revolution”.
I put 15-20 grams in the PWO shake, and 10-20 in every night shake, sometimes I up it depending on how sore I feel.
Some people like to bash L-glut, but I swear that the shit is great for the recovery process.
20g post-workout when low-carbing it. I don’t use it when not low-carbing. I haven’t felt there are any additional recovery or other benefits in those circumstances.
