How Much Fruit is Too Much?

read Cy Wilson’s article called “the forbidden fruit” it will answer all your questions…and as mentioned before, as long as your in a caloric deficit, you will lose weight.

That’s way too much carbs to be cutting, regardless of where the carbs are coming from. I’d switch to a reliance on veggies for your phytonutrients while trying to cut. Leave in the blueberries if they are wild. The rest of the fruit can be discarded from the diet honestly.

I’m not trying to push a particular diet strategy on you, but honestly I think very low carbohydrate would be good to consider for at least a portion of your diet.
