How Much for a First Cycle?

So Ive decided to start my first cycle.
It going to concsist of Testosterone Cypionate,Proviron, and
Tren. How much of each should I take?
Im 5’8 196lbs, Ive been working out for some time now and looking to gain more size, with losing a bit of fat.

Take 5 or 6 … No more than 7 though, that would be nuttzzzz.

I don’t think you should use Tren first time around since it can be pretty harsh,. You should already have a basic idea of how much to use and how long to use it if you have done any research. Read the stickies at the top of the forum page.

Hey thanks for the advice. Yeah Ive been reading on how much to take, I just wanted to see how much other people have been taking.

If you post a possible plan along with some reasons for your choices it will be a lot easier to help out.
