I am trying to bulk up about 15 pounds this summer and have have begun to supplement my diet with protein powder Udo’s choice. I am currently getting about 2 tablespoons a day at 160 pounds which is what the bottle recommends. Since I am trying to put on mass should I be taking more and if so how much? I might bump it up to 4 tablespoons a day but don’t want to waste the money if it is not going to benefit me that much. Any one have some advice?
