How Much Fat and Saturated Fat?

hey guys quick question
i always know how much protein and carbs to take in during the day for mass. But how many grams of fat for me(160lb)? Also i try to stay away from anything with alot of saturated fat but ive heard it great for boosting testosterone. So my question in how much saturated fat in one day?.. without getting fat.

i would associate excess carbs with “getting fat” before i would associate saturated fat with it

Berardi recommends an even fat split between saturated/mono/poly

personally i do great on a diet around 50% fat/ 30% protein/ less than 20% carbs
