How Much Faster Can I Be If I Lose Weight?


I'm about 11% body fat right now, meaning I could lost 6 pounds or so and still be healthy.
Everything else remaining constant (strength, acceleration, form) how much could losing 5-6 pounds decrease say, my 40 yard dash time?

-training experince
-Current weight
-strength levels in bench deadlifts and squats
