I think coffee normally takes 2 hours to start boosting the activity of the nervous system. Anyone know how long coffee or a caffeine pill takes effect when consumed with club soda?
Good question… I’ve read that Poliquin recommends 1 or 2 diet colas daily to aid in speeding up fat loss. Something about the effervescence has something to do with this…?
Two hours? I get the jitters already in 30 - 45 minutes, if I take one caffeine tab plus big mug of coffee.
