How Much Do You Spend on Food?

excluding supplements I would say about about 300-400 a month. Physical job(warehouse) + naturally small skinny frame+heavy lifting in gym=huge amounts of food to maintain or increase current bodyweight

I burn between 3000 cals to 4000 cals somedays at work. So visits at tacobell or eating whole pizzas are a must some days on top of my clean eating.

$500 a month on average. Not counting supplements.

I was in a competition with someone to see who could get the lowest weekly bill. I can’t seem to do it for under $80, with $100 being the general average. So, $400 a month.

And that’s not eating a lot for me, either.

~100 bucks a week for myself at grocery plus some fast food action that adds up.

That’s not including supplements.

between 250-300 Per week not including Supps.

$100-120 on food a month. lots of eggs ($1 a dozen) dollar store pb, oats, etc…if its on sale i can usaully get frozen veg too.

protein about $30-35 a month, discount protein sites or walmart cheaper priced tubs.

supplements, about $20-30 (fishoil, creatine, bcaas, ZMA)

Lots of money for me. I don’t do frozen meat. The stuff fucking blows…

50 dolloos a week I reckon.

I buy massive quantities of meat and freeze it. And I don’t buy organic or grass fed anything. Too poor, and really don’t see cost/benefit ratio being justified.

Too much. I wish Bison wasn’t so expensive…
