I read an article here on T-Nation saying to take 5 grams of creatine in the morning and 5 grams at night… Thats double the normal dose, Then on workout days (for me 3 days of the week) it says to take 20 grams ( morning, pre-workout, post workout, night )
Anyone on here take that much?
maybe if you are doing the traditional “loading” phase. 5g post workout works for me.

I believe the article ment for this to go on indefinately… I’m gonna go back to 5 grams a day.
