how much cheese???

I eat a 24 oz container of cottage cheese a day, one cup at a time, three times a day. I eat it straight out of the container and haven’t ever thought about cutting it with anything.
I’m on a diet and really watching calories, so I go for the fat-free kind.

Thanks for the replies guys Im going to cut out the cottage cheese for a few days and see if I lean out abit, one more , what about egg beaters or the product just whites in my low carb grow to add some calories and volume, would this screw up the amino acid profile or am I just paranoid?
