lol, i just learned how to do them yesterday. 115 at 150. its hard…but thank god a guy was there doing step-ups on a box.
he was telling me how he fell a couple times when he was first learning how. hahaha
i think ill be able to get alot more once i figure out the form.
My best hang clean was 300x2 when I was 16. My power clean was 275x2. I’m 17 now and haven’t been able to do olympic lifts for awhile after injuring my elbow. Btw, those lifts were at a bodyweight of 210. I’m around 225 now.
Cleaning has always been considered my best lift. It always seems to skyrocket after basketball season.
There are some monsters on this board man, I’ve clean and pressed 225 for 6 reps at 215lbs, but I’m cutting now so that may or may not drop, I’m probably one of the few people that can press more than I can clean. I’m always concerned that my form will go to shit if I go for a max so I tend to stick around six reps for cleans and snatches.
