How many postworkout meals needed?

I work out at 8pm and I get in immediate postworkout nutrition after I work out(9pm).
Do I need to get in another one 1.5 hrs later?
Or is 1 enuff? If it’s good to take the second one,how much carbs should be in it?(before bedtime)

It might be a good idea to get some additional protein in before you go to bed. I wouldn’t add to many carbs to this protein meal but something like a casein protein drink would be fine.
