How Many Meals Do You Eat?

I would put this post in another section, but I like it more here.

I’m wondering how many meals a day do some of you guys eat. Myself, I go eight meals/day but I’m wondering if anyone has any experience going higher. Hehe… High

6 - 8 meals a day + shakes between meals. Construction makes me a hungry boy and lets me eat like a dump truck. I can imagine eating 10 times a day to be great fun. maybe I’ll try it.

I couldnt find time to eat a 9th meal in a day.

  1. Or more specifically, every 3 hours. But sometimes, if I feel like it, I’ll eat every 180 minutes.

i normally get 6-7 but if im up for a while i might get 9-10.

7-8 Mon-Fri. Weekends I only do up 6. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and mix up a shake but I just got lazy.

i eat every 2.5 hours including shakes, sometimes this isnt always possible but i draw the line at 3 hours and ive been known to walk out of very important meetings and jobs so i can go eat, everyone who knows me gets this but it can be strange for people who dont.

When i kick out of trt and into a my upcoming cycle, i will be eating every 1.5 - 2 hours but obv slightly smaller portions with each food type carefully selected for optimum digestion supplemented with either pinapple or hydrochloric acid tablets.

I eat every 3 hours, which depending on how long I’m awake is between 5-6 meals per day. It’s usually 7, 10, 1, 4, 7, 10. I currently eat 800 cals/meal, and go up to 1200 cals when using supplements. I tried eating more often but I can’t digest the food fast enough. I can eat 800 or 1200 cals per meal, and regardless after 3 hours I’m hungry, but no sooner. Perhaps it’s because I’ve been doing it like this for so long, but it seems to work well enough.

I’m eating right now for what that’s worth. I too consumer calories probably 7-9 times a day depending on whether I train that day or not. I drink half my “meals” but obviously that’s still eating per se. 3-4 solid food meals and 3-4 protein shakes. On workout days I have a protein shake before, during and after training.

5-6 whole foods. 1-2 liquid. largest meals being breakfast and PWO

For me, 6 meals a day: 3 liquid, 3 whole foods. On occasion, depending on how busy my day is, 5 liquid, 1 whole. Better to get something in rather than nothing.

I’m not sure… at the moment i have around 7-9 feedings a day. Maybe 10. i am not counting, just eating. Blerr…

EDIT: But i am not working, so i just train and eat. it IS a fully full time job. I luuuurrve it!

Hmm, I’m envious, but I really shouldn’t be. I have a full time job that I am extremely grateful for!

Dieting 6 bulking 8

i do about 3 whole food meals, and about 8 liquid meals. not sure if its good for me, but i dont have any stomach problems and i grow pretty well.

I have been eating all day long i basically keep myself sick with food!

I am bulking up nicely with the only draw back being THIS FAT ASS GUT!

Too many too count.

I eat 4 meals with meat and spinich as my main staples.

I have 3 shakes in between because I am still real low on cals. just need to get up to that 200+ for protein
trying to drop mass amounts of fat before I move foward.
