How Many lLbs Did You Gain Last Year?

In 2-3 years of being here I went from

200lbs
215 bench
250 squat
300 dead

to 320lbs
405x15 bench (same form as 215 bouncing not locking out etc)
deadlift 700x4 touch and go with lifting straps
and 700x1 squat with a belt and wraps

no idea how much muscle that would put on, allot for sure tho.

This was the most important post in the thread. The OP’s profile lists him at 190lbs at 6’2". If he only gained 10lbs in an entire year at that stage of development, he either screwed up or he isn’t bodybuilding.

unsure exactly but in 2006 i was about 150lbs and now i’m 190lbs. my waist is roughly the same.

20lbs. in past 10 months… not as much as i hoped, but still progress (no noticeable change in body fat). As soon as football ends i’m going to hit the lifting hard and eating a shit ton.

I want to gain 17lbs at least by graduation. (mostly muscle, some fat gain expected.), making it about 37lbs in a year and a half, ending at 180 @ 5’11’’ (yes i know, still way light)(yes, i did start at 143lbs)

Approximately 20 pounds. I wrestled at 140 during the season (November-February) but now, about 8 months later, I’m 160-165 lbs.

September 2006 - 137lbs
September 2008 - 200lbs

I could have gained more, if i wasnt so afraid of overtraining.

I’ve gained 55lbs since today last year. Going for 100lbs gained in 2 years of gym membership. Got until 1. November to gain another 12lbs to have done 130-230lbs

I gained about 10 lbs in the last year. My bodyfat is about the same. I’m 5’7", 162 lbs, about 11% fat, and 46 years old. Progress was better the previous year, when I was a complete beginner and lost fat (about 40 lbs) while gaining muscle (about 15 lbs).
