You’re such a fucking liar, he had great legs. How could you even tell with the baggy shorts he had on?

I prefer LEDs

George W. hates lightbulbs. They threaten our freedom.

Lightbulbs are the symbol of thoughts and ideas in cartoons.

G.W.Bush is in the dark.

But, Cheney sure does know how to move that puppet!

Contrary to popular opinion, Edison didn’t invent the lightbulb. He simply improved upon an existing design.

Speaking of Thomas Edison,
“In tribute to this important American, electric lights in the United States were dimmed for one minute on October 21, 1931, a few days after his death.”
http://sln.fi.edu/franklin/inventor/edison.html

Speaking of electricity in the US,
“Electricity consumption by 107 million U.S. households in 2001 totaled 1,140 billion kWh. The most significant end uses were central air-conditioning and refrigerators, each of which accounted for about 14 percent of the U.S. total.”
http://www.eia.doe.gov/emeu/reps/enduse/er01_us.html

Speaking of central air conditioning,
“No pleasure, no rapture, no exquisite sin greater than central air.”
is a line spoken by Jason Lee in the film Dogma, directed by Kevin Smith.

Speaking of Kevin Smith, I once found clips of his interview on the Henry Rollins show on YouTube.com, but it’s since been taken down “due to terms of use violation.”

Speaking of Henry Rollins, here’s a classic thread discussing a Rollins quote about lifting weights.

So, um…yeah. Lightbulbs.

I can’t take any more of this lightbulb shit!!! I remember back when it was T-mag and you could post about lightbulbs without some dumbass that never turned a switch on a GE filament posting about how Philips bulbs are the only way to light a room. Sylvania bulbs have no “functional” light. I seriously doubt any of you have ever read by a lamp, anyway…
