How Many Eggs--Whats Your Breakfast?

I love my breakfasts!

4 oz. 97% lean ground beef
1 whole egg
4 egg whites
1 oz. mozarella cheese
lots of italian herbs

– its like pizza for breakfast! yum!

**for the record, I use egg whites because I’m watching my calories. I eat plenty, don’t worry, but I am still trying to drop some weight. I WISH I could eat 6 whole eggs in the AM. I’m jealous of you men!

Coffee and four whole eggs.

Every single day. If I don’t eat my eggs my day is fucked. If i don’t have my coffee my day is doubly fucked.

I like the taste better when I have a ratio of 1:1 or 2:1 Whites to Whole eggs, but it also depends on what else I’m consuming at the meal.

Here’s a great breakfast shake that a buddy of mine turned me onto…

8 oz Skim
4 oz OJ
About 3/4 c Frozen Blueberries
About 1/2 c Frozen Mangos or Peaches
Protein Powder (Desired amount)
Serving of Mixed Berry Yogurt
2 Raw Eggs
1 Banana

I’ll tell you what…That shit tastes like a damn blueberry muffin!

Not to mention it’s a hearty fucking meal

Funny you mention that – I’ve always noticed that breakfast is really important to getting my day of right. Like, if I’m (gasp!) running late and don’t have time to cook, then fuck it – I guess I’ll just have a Cadbury Creme egg for breakfast.

Ok, maybe not that bad, but is it just me, or does no one really mind eating the same thing, day in day out for breakfast? I enjoy it… gives me a good AM routine. :slight_smile:

The biggest omlette I’ve eaten had 7 XL whole eggs with spinach, onion, tomato, avocado, mushroom and about 3/4 cup of cheese.

I felt like I was going to die when I got to the last few bites. The thing was bigger than my head and filled my entire plate. I had to sit down for a while because I felt sick to my stomach. After 30 minutes, I was good to go.

It was good though!

Since then, I keep it to 4-6 eggs. :wink:

Almost religously …

6 whites and 1 whole egg
3/4 cup steel cut oats
1 pear or apple
20 ounces water
1 multi-vit, 1 flax oil tab, 1 gluco./chondroit. tab

Bulking:
8 whole, 4 whites
cheese
bacon or sausage
4 pieces of toast or oatmeal
2 glasses of milk

Cutting:
2 whole, 8 whites
1/2 serving of oatmeal or cheese depending on the day
water

Get a big jug of cold of ice water and do the following: bite, chew three times, think of titties and ass, take a sip of cold water, swallow, repeat till completion.

If you go with 2 eggs, 1/2 c peaches & 3/4 c blueberries the breakdown is:

733 Calories
27g P
94g C
10g F

I usually toss in like 1 1/2 scoops of Isopure which adds 150 cal and 37.5g P with no additional C or F.

3 Whataburger Breakfast Taquitos (sausage, bacon, potato)
1 qt. Choc Milk
6 cups coffee
1/2 pack of Kool (menthols)

Speaking of coffee and breakfast, anyone try making a coffee drink from Metabolic Drive?

If I’m not in the mood to eat and since I’m a caffeholic, I add a scoop of Metabolic Drive, a tsp. of cocoa powder, dash vanilla extract, dash cinnamon, splenda and vanilla flavored creamer to a huge cup of hot kona coffee. I put in the protein powder last after the creamer has cooled the coffee a bit.
