I have a question about the BUSY person program.
Are there three or four training days?
I want do know, because i like your beat the apocalypse full home gym program with 3 full body and 1 gap days very much.
Maybe you can suggest a similar program.
I have admired your work for a long time.
On my website all the programs use a similar set-up except the following:
Maximum muscle blueprint
(both of these use an antagonist body part split 4 days a week)
Busy Person Training
Type 3 program
(both use 3 whole body workouts but no gap workout)
