On Berardi's Massive Eating Reloaded, he suggests breaking meals up into P and F, and P and Carb.
My question is how much carbs can one have in a P and F meal, and how much fat can one have in a P and C meal?
Protein plus fat meals (minimal carbs? <10g)
Protein plus carb meals (minimal fat ? <5g)
