Can anyone chime in on timing and manner of consumption, in terms of nutrient partitioning and so on? I imagine this might depend on one's goals, or maybe not at all.
At one point, I took 20 caps a day--typically 5 with breakfast, 5 with lunch, 5 with dinner, and 5 with a post-dinner meal (or at times alone)--but cut down after reading somewhere (and somewhat experiencing) how megadosing could indeed make you sick. I believe there's already a thread that exists which covers this. Also, the smallest cut would bleed me like a bitch.
