I cannot seem to find information on egg whites. I was wondering how man calories I am losing by not eating the whole egg. I am guessing the macros change too, obviously in regards to fat. Can anybody giv eme an educated guess as to what the calories and macros are of an egg white? Before I get hounded, yes I eat whole eggs also, generally 4 per day.
Average estimate for a large egg is 7 grams protein, 7 grams fat and 90 calories. For the egg white only, it’s about half (3.5)the protein, very little (0.5) fat and about 14 calories. Hope that helps.
