My goal is to put on strength im on stronglifts 5x5, But my problem is that i also want to either lose some fat or stay at the same level body fat while gaining muscle. In other words i dont want to get fat. Im 5’9 162lbs 13.8 body fat percent. I have been eating around 2,600 calories perday i am not sure if that is enough.
By a scale and seek the advice of a dietatian.

If you are happy with what your weight and body are doing, 2600 is right.
If you want to gain or gain faster, then more.
If you want to lose or lose faster, then less.
