It is my opinion that whole food supplements are the way of the future and that Biotest Superfood is the cream of the crop. That said, with Superfood being a freeze dried product of whole foods I am interested in how many calories and carbs it may contain. Also while on the subject of Superfood - has there been a study of its ph level?
