Just a quick question how long should I take Hot-Rox before results stop?
I used ephedrine based products for three months then stopped for three, then back on for three is this a proper way to do Hot-Rox as well?
I’ve noticed best results when used consistently for 4-6 weeks. I guess it would depend on your goals if you want to cycle off. I don’t think I’d use longer than 8-10 weeks without a little break though.
