How Long to See Results?

Still interested in hearing more info! Kinda like what Dianab was getting at…

What have you been doing and for how long?

MIM- I’ve trained consistently for many, many years. Clean eating has not been as consistent. I am currently on week 4 of CW’s Body of Fire Program. It’s TB, circuits and HIIT. I was not seeing any progress weight loss wise (although my conditioning has definitely improved) and starting to wonder if I should move on to another program…but as of this morning I am down 6.5 lbs (Whoosh! LOL, I know you follow Lyle). In my original post I wanted to know how long one should follow something before tweaking or moving on to something else when not seeing results. Again, apologize for the lack of clarity…

To me it doesn’t sound like the program, but your diet. Which sounds like you figured out! :slight_smile:
