how long does junk food take until it adds on to your body??
Only reason I ask is because I see some of my friends who are ripped in the afternoon and are not as ripped the next morning after they get smashed on alcohol (probably due to fluid retention or similar) but say you have a bad meal or cheat too much, how long can you expect to see the negative effects of bad eating?
